1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or engaging Prajco's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

Prajco provides website development, maintenance, branding, social media design, SEO and related digital services as described on our Services page. Exact deliverables for each project will be confirmed during consultation.

3. Payments

Our standard payment structure is:

• 50% advance payment before project start
• 50% before final delivery

For larger projects, payment may be split into three milestones (40% / 30% / 30%). Exact terms will be confirmed in your project proposal. Work will not begin without agreed payment terms.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed. Prajco retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise.

5. Liability

Prajco is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. We aim to deliver reliable, high-quality work but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Any work completed and payments due up to the point of termination remain payable.

7. Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
